Capital Karts offers the UKs longest Go Kart track. By mounting our 360 degree video camera on the front of the kart’s bumper, we were able to offer an intimate view from the drivers perspective.

We are very excited to announce that panoramas with social tagging capabilities are now fully compatible with mobile devices.

Otherwise known as Gigatag or Panotag images, Gigapixel images with ‘Social Tagging’ allow users to tag themselves at live crowd events with Facebook, Twitter or email. For example, when a user chooses to tag themselves in a panorama, a message is sent to their Facebook timeline to share the event with their friends and to say ‘I was there!’. Continue Reading

The Oculus Rift first entered the public eye back in August 2012 when a kickstarter campaign shot it into the public eye, successfully raising over $2 Million, which was needed to manufacture the device.

For thoses who don’t know, the Oculus Rift is a virtual reality headset that users can wear just like a pair of ski goggles, which provide an immersive experience like no other. Below is the promotional video which they used in their original Kickstarter pitch.

University of Birmingham Virtual Tour

The University of Birmingham needed a way to attract prospective students to their newly refurbished department of Dental Sciences so commissioned Business Tours UK to create a bespoke interactive 360 degree virtual tour.

Designed to provide an effortless viewing experience across desktop, smartphone and tablet devices, interactive ‘hotspots’ were used to provide additional information whilst browsing the imagery. Continue Reading

Tuxford Academy School Gigapixel Photo

Tuxford Academy got in touch with the task of producing an entire school photograph, indoors, inside limited space of school hall.

Our solution was to photograph the entire school in 12 sections, photographing several hundred students at a time, before stitching together the 12 sections to create the final image.
